This is a letter of recommendation concerning Tom Suire. I first came to know Tom approximately 10 years ago, when I moved to Murfreesboro from Knoxville, TN. I had bought a house that needed some fairly extensive remodeling throughout the property. Over the last ten years, Tom has remodeled and added bathrooms for me. He has done extensive remodeling throughout the property. Over the last ten years Tom has remodeled and added bathrooms for me. He has done extensive paint projects; he has custom built oak cabinets and installed them as well as remodeled a patio area. During this time Tom has provided several fixer up labor projects for me as well. During this period, Tom has given me a bid each time and I have put the job out for competitive bids. Tom has generally turned in the best bid and while not always the least expensive I knew I could count on the quality of his work and therefore he has been awarded the job. Our financial arrangements have always been prearranged and we have both strictly adhered to the terms of the contracts. I have found him to be honest and direct in all of his financial dealings with me.
